Feed Store

Hay and bedding may be purchased on the grounds. For deliveries prior to or upon arrival, order on ShowGroundsLive.com. Place orders by noon for same-day delivery. Questions regarding feed and bedding charges will not be considered after noon on Friday. Discrepancies in deliveries will not be considered unless brought to the attention of the Feed Office within 24 hours of placing the order. For grain orders, contact ani@pinnacleequestriantour.com.

Prize money will be deducted from the responsible party's SGL account upon office closeout. Competitors who choose not to apply prize money to their account may elect to receive the full amount as a check, provided all other requirements are met. All exhibitors must submit a completed W-9 (U.S. exhibitors) or W-8 (foreign exhibitors) before prize money can be processed. In accordance with U.S. government regulations, 30% of prize money awarded to foreign recipients will be withheld.

Prize money balances will be issued by check and mailed to the payee listed on the W-9 (the responsible party) within 30 days after the conclusion of the show. No prize money will be released until all required Tax ID numbers, payee names, addresses, and completed W-9 or W-8 forms are on file with the Secretary, and all competition fees have been paid in full.

Refunds or prize money credits of $25 or less will not be mailed — these credits remain on the exhibitor's account for use until the end of the calendar year, and if unused by year end will be forfeited. If prize money is to be transferred to someone other than the responsible party, written confirmation from all involved parties is required. Prize money not claimed within the year it is awarded will be forfeited.

Exhibitors are responsible for knowledge of the Rules and Regulations governing the horse show and for their own errors and omissions.

Waiver & Safety

• All exhibitors must follow the safety rules, regulations, and requirements provided by the waiver, including but not limited to the items below.
• Helmets are required at all times when mounted. It is compulsory for all persons when mounted anywhere on the competition grounds to wear properly fastened protective headgear which meets or exceeds ASTM (American Society for Testing and Materials) / SEI (Safety Equipment Institute) standards for equestrian use and carries the SEI tag. It must be properly fitted with harness secured. It is the responsibility of the rider, or the parent, guardian, or trainer of the junior exhibitor, to see to it that the headgear worn complies with appropriate safety standards for protective headgear intended for equestrian use and is properly fitted and in good condition.
• Operation of motor vehicles requires a valid driver's license. Minors who do not have a valid driver's license which allows them to operate a motorized vehicle in the state in which they reside will not be permitted to operate a motorized vehicle of any kind, including but not limited to golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, or farm utility vehicles, on the competition grounds.
• Dogs must be kept on a leash/restrained at all times while on the show grounds. Loose dogs will be picked up and detained and the owner fined $100. Management reserves the right to call Animal Control to have an animal removed from the premises.

Registration

• Entries MUST be submitted through ShowGroundsLive.
• Each entry MUST include a valid form of electronic payment (credit/debit card) on file with ShowGroundsLive.

Accounts / Payment

• Accounts must be closed by Sunday, October 18, 2026, at 6:00 PM. Exhibitors must close out their account online through ShowGroundsLive. Management will close Exhibitor Accounts that have not been settled at the conclusion of each show. Exhibitors who do not close out by the Monday following each show automatically authorize PET to close their account using the credit card on file.
• If Management is unable to close an Exhibitor account as described above, an $80 late close-out fee will be applied.
• The Horse Show policies stated herein regarding scratches and refunds will be followed regardless of weather.
• Returned Checks/Chargebacks: Checks returned by the bank or credit card chargebacks for any reason are regarded as a most serious offense and will incur the following fees: a $75 penalty will be assessed for each returned check or chargeback OR 10% of the face value, whichever is greater. Accounts will be given ten (10) days to be paid in full with cash or cash equivalent or they will face additional penalties. If the debt is not cleared within 30 days of the conclusion of the show, all prize money will be forfeited.

Platform Fee

• PET has designed its show model to avoid the countless additional fees competitors face at every USEF/USHJA show. PET competitors are only subject to the class entry fee plus one additional platform fee. ShowGroundsLive imposes a $10 platform fee per entry, per horse show.
• This fee supports the continued development and maintenance of the ShowGrounds platform, ensuring reliable service for all participants.

Trainer Splits

• This service allows trainers to split show charges for miscellaneous items to their clients. Only items billed by the horse show — such as feed, bedding, tack stalls, etc. — will be split. Only dollar amounts will be split and totals will be rounded up. Splits will revert back to the trainer for payment if uncollected.
• Trainer splits must be done by 3:00 PM Sunday, October 18, 2026.

Adds / Scratches

Class entries MUST be done by 5:00 PM on Monday, October 12, 2026 to avoid the late class add fee. Class entries MUST be done through ShowGroundsLive.

Show Scratches

• For show scratches, contact info@pinnacleequestriantour.com
• If scratching the show, please notify us as soon as possible. If PET is not notified of a show scratch, a horse that was registered to attend on ShowGroundsLive but did not check in at the office and did not enter any classes will be designated as a show scratch and a fee will apply.
• Scratch Show After Closing Date: $75
• Scratch Show Before Closing Date: $40

Class Scratches

• Scratch Class: No charge if scratched before the class starts. Once a class has started it may not be scratched.
• Scratch Special Class: $50

Class Adds

• Class adds done prior to the closing date MUST be done through ShowGroundsLive. Late class adds can be done at the gate and will be added to ShowGroundsLive by Management.
• Add Class: No additional charge if before 5:00 PM Monday, October 12, 2026.
• Add Class Late: $10 if added after 5:00 PM Monday, October 12, 2026.
• If a horse is scratched from a class but added same day to another class, no late add/scratch fees will be applied.
• Add Special Class Late: $50 fee (in addition to class cost) day of, unless otherwise noted.

Other

• "No-Show": Any exhibitor who does not compete in a class in which he/she is officially entered, and does not scratch according to the Scratch Procedures, will be billed for the class.
• Horse Substitution (Late Show Scratch + Late Class Add): $60 ($50 scratched entry and $10 substitute/late class entry)
• Horse Shown in Class but Not Entered: $60 per standard class ($50 class fee plus $10 late add fee). If a special class, special class fees apply.
